Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) and are only valid after confirmation by the landlord.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: Free cancellation.
• Up to 2 months before arrival: 30% of the total rental amount will be charged.
• Up to 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.
• Less than 1 month before arrival: 95% of the total rental amount will be charged.
• On or after the arrival date: The full rental price will be charged (no refunds)

If payment is not made on time, this will be considered a cancellation and the above costs will apply.

In the event of early departure, you are not entitled to a refund of the rental fee or cleaning costs.

We strongly advise you to take out travel or cancellation insurance.
