House rules | Casa El Girasol

Welcome to Casa El Girasol!

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules:

General

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
Be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
Parties and events are not permitted, unless agreed in advance.
Youth groups are not permitted. The main booker must be at least 25 years old.
Pets are not allowed.

Inside the villa

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and the guesthouse. Smoking is permitted outside; please use the designated ashtrays.
Use the air conditioning and heating wisely. Switch them off when you leave the house.
Do not move furniture from one room to another or outside.
Report any damage or malfunctions to us as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Food

Clean the kitchen after use. Wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher, and put all items back in their original place.
Empty the fridge before departure and throw away perishable food.

Bedrooms & Linens

Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay.
Please do not take towels or linen outside the accommodation (with the exception of beach towels).
Upon departure, please remove the used bed linen and towels and leave them at the bottom of the stairs.

Swimming Pool & Garden

The swimming pool is accessible exclusively to registered guests.
Always supervise children in and around the swimming pool.
Shower before you go swimming, especially if you are wearing sunscreen.
No glassware in or around the swimming pool.
Fold away parasols and put away sunbeds when not in use or when it is windy.
