Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (by email) and are only valid after confirmation by the lessor.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: Free cancellation.
• Up to 2 months before arrival: 30% of the total rental fee will be charged.
• Up to 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total rental fee will be charged.
• Less than 1 month before arrival: 95% of the total rental fee will be charged.
• On or after the arrival date: The full rental fee will be charged (no refund)

If payment is not made on time, this is considered a cancellation and the above fees apply.



Early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the rental fee or cleaning costs.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel or cancellation insurance.
